Go into bios and reset to factory default. If you get the same error either you lost your operating system or your hard drive is failing/has failed. If you don't have a method of testing your drive you will want to purchase a new one and use the recovery disks that you created or that had come with the machine to reinstall windows. If you do not have recovery disks you need to contact Asus and order them.
