Looking for HELP

My cursor on my acer laptop isn't work and i tried Fn + F7 at the same time but it didn't work. I have a window 10. Please I need your help as quickly as possible. Can you help me, PLEASE ?

Hi,

First connect an external mouse and see if it will work normally and so you can use a mouse for troubleshooting.
- Do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it back up.
- If it doesn't work, use the external mouse to uninstall/reinstall the mouse driver.
- Once the mouse driver has been uninstalled, download and install the latest touchpad driver from the manufacturers site.
- If all these will not work your last resort would be to reinstall Windows 10.
- And again if reinstalling Windows 10 will not solve the problem that means it's a hardware problem.
