looking for laptop for Russian friend

I'm looking to buy a laptop for a friend that lives in Russia but can't seem to find any online stores that I can buy from and have it delivered to her. She only speaks Russian and has to have a Russian OS and keyboard. Ideally I'd like to stay under $500 USD

Might be better to buy it in Russia, if it needs to be that specifically Russian. We do have a Russian site, where you might find some ideas/help.
