I want a laptop which is fast , has good graphics ,ram of atleast 8gb or more and should support software like auto cad

Assuming you are talking about Rupee currency, that is about $1,000 USD, that is enough to get you a laptop with a 1050 video card maybe even a 1060 card, at least in the US market. For the lower prices you will have to compromise between the video card and hard drive speed. You can get a faster video card but without a solid state hard drive, or a slower video card but with a much faster hard drive. Or you can buy your own drive later if you want a solid state.
