Looking for product recommendation cord cutting

I am looking for something like a set top box that does multiple things. I have seen some that are close, but none that do it all. Please let me know if you know of something that does the below.

1. Connect to an app store for downloading content
2. Have the most common content providers available including Netflix and amazon prime
3. Have a TV tuner and dvr for playing and recording anntenae TV
4. Be able to run KODI or similar media software
5. Be able to Connect to a NAS for local media playback

As you have discovered there are no internet boxes with over the air tuners built in so unless you use a HTPC (which could do all these things) you will need two boxes. One for over the air like this one

No one box solution as Americanaudiophile stated. A Tivo for OTA HD would be a good start, and then add a streaming box. Roku has the most services, but if you want to run Kodi then you will need an Android one.
