While my friend calling me, I been shock because my phone is unexpectedly off, unfortunately I can't use it properly because my phone is on but it's black screen
What should I do?

If phone is dead, need to replace it or get it repaired. If the screen is black, just replacing the screen may fix it, but if it was shutting off before this, it may be an issue with the system board or memory chips.
