My Toshiba laptop wont turn on but the power button has a light and the fan is also working , what seems to be the problem ?

What model Toshiba laptop? Hardware and software specs? Age, condition?

Have you tried with and without battery? Have you tried another battery?

Any error codes or beeps at boot time?

Could be a loose power connection inside or perhaps a failed PSU.
