The storage really isn't that much of an issue. You can use your PC to swap out content you wnat. Get the 2GB RAM so the tablet is relevent longer.

Definitely go with the 2GB RAM unit. Just make sure it has an SD or MicroSD card slot and if there are any limitations on size.

Go for 2/16 GB. Now a days 2 GB of RAM is the minimum and apps are becoming more demanding. So its better to have 2 GB RAM and for storage you can expand it with a SD card.
