looking for television remote fix

My granddaughter was pushing buttons on the TV remote causing the screen to go blank as well as no sound. A block in the center of the screen says No Signal and the block in the upper right that used to have the channel number now says AV. What did she press but more importantly What do I press to reverse this?

Whatever button changes the input. Usually called source or input, may need to push it a few times to cycle through different inputs.
