looking for the solution to my problem on internal storage and sd card

Hello there,my tablet is multifunctional which is internet mobile device with android OS,otatel its brand..the problem is my tablet can't even install any apps after I install two .the internal storage is full and always out the sentence not enough space but my sd card or memory card still has 7.5GB..lreally blur at first then I send to the shop and the seller asks me to format all..but it seem like not work..so I try to transfer the apps to SD card but it can't be opened..why?it totally make me feel like wanna to just throw of it..and now I can't even install anythings..so,what should I do to make my internal storage not always in full because I don't even install any .really need a solution...

Do a factory reset after you back up what you need to SD card.

when you install apps, make sure to move them all to SD card as you install them.

This is the issue with older/ noname tablets, they can't deal with the newer apps.
