Looking for Ultrabook

Hi I would really appreciate some help buying a new laptop.

Budget: under $700
Windows 8 (an option for 10 upgrade would be nice, but not necessary)
13.3 - 14.1” matte (IPS) display [anti-glare screen]
under 4.5 lbs
128 GB SSD
i5 at least (prefer i7, willing to go i5 for lower cost)
at least 6 GB of ram (prefer 8 GB ram, willing to go lower for cost)
Design - I do not care how it looks.
Brand: I don't care.
Warranty: 1 year

Your putting specs of a 1200-1500 machine that you want for under 700>but today is you lucky day PC Mags ranking of best ultrabooks has 2 under 1000 one is 800 and the Asus is 619.
