I removed the IMEI number form your post so that no-one else can use it to claim your phone before you do.

Contact your Service Provider and close the account. Until you do that, you are responsible for any money due to that company for any mobile data and calls the finder or the thief is using.

They might be able to tell you where it was when it was last switched on.
