*You* are the best security...

Stay off the porn sites, warez, software cracking sites, etc., and your risk will be reduced by some 98%....

That being said, if you are determined to pay for an antivirus/active internet security, AVG, Avira, Avast, BitDefender, Kaspersky all offer products competing for your dollars or euros or rubles....a quick search of AV Comparitives website will give you a periodic update of rankings for the top 10-15 products in assorted areas....
