Looking to buy 1st amplifier

Hello guys im looking to buy amplifier but i don't understand nothing from them.I want to use it in home and it could be a car amp ive got a battary bosch s5 010 85ah 800 A and i find 1 thunder tca-2060 (i don't know if it's good) but my idea it's to get is it possible to wire a car amp to a car battery and use it in home?

Is it possible, yes. Is it practical, no. The battery will support the amp for a little while, but what are you going to use to keep the battery charged? A car alternator supports 100A output. It is very difficult to get 100A DC output in a home setting. Your amp might need 10 to 30 A continuous.
