Don't really mind.

Desktop replacement.

5. How much battery life do you need?
Not too much , it will spend most its days plugged in.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Yes , looking to play the likes of Skyrim , GTA , Bioshock and the usual LoL etc.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) Just watching films

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

For old titles your within price range, there is plenty of old (refurb / used) lower end ones that are okay for Bioshock, Skyrim, etc. but if your talking modern titles (FC4, BF:Hardline, WatchDogs, The Division, etc.) your going to have to DOUBLE those prices to maybe around 2500 considering your Euro Taxes. Any such machines you want to look at I would use www.canirunit.com to look over the specs and compare them to the titles and see what the minimums are.
