Looking to buy a new labtop computer for 4k video editing.

I am looking to buy a new labtop for 4k video editing, i was woundering if you guys can give me a few recommendation, and if i should go with PC or Mac? My budget is around $2200. Thank you guys.

I don't suggest a laptop for this, but if you want a laptop only, look for one with a quad core i7 CPU and plenty of RAM options. A workstation model like Lenovo W, HP Z Book or Dell Precision are good to check out.
