Looking to buy new headsets

So far I had my Turtle Beach X12 to use on my xbox but in the end i used it on my PC.My mic de-attached and it's basically useless now that I need to talk constantly.It had a excellent BASS and good MIC quality,can you guys recommend me something that has most importantly an Bass with quality as well as a good mic so people dont hear me ugly?Prehaps something not so expensive,meaning somewhere around 40 pounds max or so?

What I recommend is a custom headset setup.
