Looking to buy new laptop for school

Hey all, im looking to buy a new laptop for school. I have $600 to spend. Hoping to buy an open-box laptop.

what i need:

Light weight/thin.
Main use: Writing papers, researching on internet.
Would like to be able to play games but its not a huge deal. I have a pretty solid Desktop.

any places you could suggest to look besides new egg? they have one but its out of stock.

you cant play most DX11 games with intel IGP so i chose AMD laptop or core i5 with dedicated graphics card

You should get comething portable if you'll mainly use it for studying...gaming won't be possible with intel's IGP, that's for sure.

i like the bat life. very nice specs. and a huge deal since its open box. also, i can't confirm but this is touch screen correct?
