Lots of Gamma, and dark colors get pixelated.

So I have bought a new laptop from Eluktronics. Ever since I've had it, the blacks have been pixelated and there is a bunch of gamma or something? And I've noticed that the Colors are a little off, any advice on how to fix this?
My Laptop:
