loud buzzing sound from tv speakers

when i turn the tv on. I get a loud buzzing sound through the speakers. Yet when i plug in earphones everuthing is fine. any ideas

Sounds like EMI. If your speakers are plugged into the back of the PC, check for anything that would generate a magnetic field near the speaker cables.
