I have a refurbished Asus Q550.
Periodically, the fan gets so loud that it annoys me. The noise sounds like my laptop is overheating but I am pretty sure it is not. Using the Open Hardware Monitor software, I can see the CPU temperatures stay around 35-39 degree Celsius. Opening Task Manager, I checked my CPU (Intel Core i7-4500U) speed to be at a constant 0.77 GHz.
Please help me solve this issue!
