Low budget laptop for photo editing

I want to buy a new laptop that will be used for photoshop most of the times and for other office works, but since I never liked them at all I am not really aware of what would be a good choice. It would be nice if it could also run a few games (MOBAs or low requirements ones, not planning to use it for Arkham ofc) but I am budget limited, so this is optional. If its not too tricky to do, im ok with adding some memory or ssd storage to increase perfomance if needed later. My budget is 300-500€, any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
