Low budget laptop that can play League of Legends and CS:GO

I am looking for a laptop for when i am away from my gaming pc that will be able to handle league of legends and Counter Strike Global Offense. My budget would be 500 or below and im not trying to max these games im trying to play at medium settings 30-60 fps.

Well, to run them maxed you need at leat a 2,0 dual-core cpu and a DDR3 with 128 bit GPU. At that price you can buy an Inspiron 3521 with core i5 and HD 7670M, more than enough to run those games, and quite smoothly actually.
