I'm planning to buy a laptop.I'm a BCA student and for me the main use is programming in it.My budget is below 30,000 rs.I'm even not sure about the bran to select.please help me out

Top several brands are ASUS, Lenovo and Dell for reliability, in general. About the rest of the specs, that depends if you want a small 11-12" screen, 12-15" screen, full keyboard with number pad, if you need a dock, what is available in your area is a big one.

If Indian market is like American, your 30,000 rs budget (almost $500) should be enough for 15.6" HD Asus laptop with 7th gen i5 CPU, 8GB RAM, 1TB disk.
