Question LOW FPS AFTER SSD

Hey guys i have low FPS after installing ssd.Now ssd and hdd works both.My pc is much faster but something wrong with game FPS.I will explain my steps . Please help.
—I reflected my all hdd to ssd first with a reflect program.
—then I changed my hdd with ssd.
—I put the hdd at dvd-rom part.(I am using laptop)
I saw so many same issue on web but there is no solution. Maybe I can find it here.

check cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
check ram/sdd usage during the game?
