Lycos in trouble

Hello,
I am a technician. I have a client is no longer able to access his mail@lycos.com. I am not getting any satisfaction trying to contact lycos. If anyone has their 1 800 I would really appreciate it. It looks like the have migrated to a different access server and left some clients high and dry. Can anybody help.
