Question Machine WILL NOT Use Nvidia Graphics - Despite Assigning it, and Uninstalling Drivers

I have a GTX 1050 and Intel Graphics running on my machine. I've noticed recently my GTX doesn't seem to be up to par. I cannot pinpoint when, but at some point in the recent history, it seems my Nvidia Graphics Card stopped defaulting to the primary card. Now, Intel is always running for every application, even when the programs I'm running are clearly in my Nvidia Control Panel applications list. The Nvidia card will pick up about 5% usage to cover for the Intel Graphics when Intel Graphics are overloaded.

Things I've tried so far:
Adding programs manually
Uninstalling all Nvidia applications and reinstalling
Checking BIOS Settings for any weird power settings that might have been causing this

There is no option to change the Default card in my control panel. I only have an NVIDIA card showing there. Is this the cause of my issue? Pls help.
