Question Mainboard for my 60" Vizio lcd tv feels hot to the touch, there is a metal sheild over the processor, very hot when set is on, any thoughts?

Tv is a Vizio E601-A3, won't power on, have standby light, but that's all, thanks!

Is there no sound as well?

Could be the processor or the power board as well.
