malware virus on s3 mini

I have a galaxly s3 mini and I've been told it has a malware virus on it I've done factory reset loads of times plus I've done full reboot and reset but I can't get ride of popups and when I try to put all my details back in after factory reset my s3 mini just freezes up and sticks can u help me please or should I just scrap my phone

Hello Emma,

Are you sure that you have a malware on your phone? Some internet pages have ADDS... and the adds spams alot! Virus... free stuff... etc...
If you did factory reset + format your rare storages (like SD cards)... there is no way for a virus to survive that
You should know that S3 is not the newest phone it may work slowly but its good enough for talks and apps!
