So I dont get this story.

The drumsticks were stolen with his son's backpack, but was later recovered inside the dance studio bathroom.

. I have to assume this is a unisex bathroom. So, when he was in there, the backback wasn't there but later is was found in the dance studio bathroom. IDK, sounds kind of fished to me.

Doesn't this guy know that the internet almost certainly has lots of the types of images he is interested in already on it? And that an ipod is almost certainly worth more than some drumsticks? I mean they give tons of them out for free at the end of concerts. He should just send his kid to one.

True Story: A guy ran out of gas...walks to gas station....borrows gas can, leaving driver's license as deposit for can...comes back...fills up car...then robs gas station...leaves driver's license on counter....caught 5 blocks from gas station.
