so here is the thing .......
in the process of trying to control my fan speed to 100%
I have discovered that my Bios does not have fan control.
so i am asking you...is there a way to control fan speed on my laptop by changing the Bios(I have tried Speedfan)

Fan speed is controlled automatically on laptops - there is no manual override and the BIOS on laptops is intentionally cut down to the basics with very few user options. Updating the BIOS won't change that. You can only use BIOS updates supplied by the laptop manufacturer, any others will be incompatible and could brick your laptop.

Strange comment to make, nothing is locked. Why do you need to mess with fan speed anyway?
If laptop is getting too hot or fan too noisy, it needs repairing not messing about with.
