I had both front door speakers and the sub woofer rebuilt. It cost me $40.00 apiece to rebuild the the speakers and $90.00 to have the speakers removed and reinstalled after the rebuild for a total of $210.00. The system sounds great and the rebuild has a 5yr warranty. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and used Speaker Works On Mingo Road to do the rebuild and Boomers Audio on 41st street for the remove and reinstall. I have a system that is good as new with all the original speakers. The guy at Boomers told me that there is no after market speaker that would sound as good as having my speakers rebuilt. You might want to see if you can find a place close to you that can do the rebuild.
