media failure. check cable

Realtek media test cable failure. Check ...lenovo t y 100 any. In bios hard disk and dvd are disable. There is not other option to enable. In boot i put first hdd, second dvd and nothing. I put first usb the setup is going until bsod! Any advices? Sorry for my poor english.
 
That message just means the system can't boot from anything and is telling you the network boot is not working. You need to enable the hard drive for it to boot from that. You seem to have started in the middle of your issue, what abut the USB setup? Were you trying to install Windows? Is the Windows version you were installing compatible with your laptop model? Have you tried to re-run the setup?
