Perhaps I'm a bit too rough with them but - about a month ago the left side of the headset snapped, that is, the actual headphone seperated for the headband and was hanging by a wire. So I taped it back and it was fine , however 1 month later the same thing happened to the right side. I have tried and failed to find a medusa support line or email or ANYTHING. Everyone says they have wonderfull support however I can't find it. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
ALSO - I don't recall filling out a warranty slip [yes, I fail] but I still have the original box it came in, any chance of getting SOMETHING back?
