Hello, I need a new computer. I use 6 to 8 of the Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (the 2015 apps). Do I want VRAM or "regular" RAM? Sorry, I haven't had to think about nor read about such things for a while now and so I've forgotten some of the commonHello, I need a new computer. I use 6 to 8 of the Adobe Creative Cloud Apps. Do I want VRAM or "regular" RAM? In other words with is best? To have memory separate from the rest of the pc or to have some of the pc's memory used just for my graphic needs? That's what it means for it to be dedicated?
I'm looking at these systems...
1) Intel i5 6400, 1TB HD, RAM 8, NIVIDIA Gtx960 with 2GB Graphics memory. But specs do not mention anything about input & output. This is a desktop. Doesn't include a monitor.
2) Intel i7 Quad Core, 1TB HD, RAM 16 GB, NIVIDIA GeForce GTX970M, 3 GB GDDR5 VRAM. Laptop
Is the Quad Core the newest?
3) Intel i7-4790S, 1TB HD, RAM 8, NIVIDIA GeForce GT 745A,
If you had to choose on of these to be able to use graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Edge Animate etc. Which would you choose?
THANK YOU for your time and efforts to help me. I really appreciate it a lot. And happy holidays!
