Mic playbacks sound?

I have a Turtle Beach PLa headset (USB Headset), I have it plugged in at the back. When I go on teamspeak or skype, people can hear my sounds clearly and on ts, they can hear themselves. I have stereo mix disabled aswell, i've had this problem for ages, and it happened to my old headset too. Anyone know the solution?

Have you tried turning your mic sensitivity down? If you don't know how, I'd be glad to walk you through it.
