Micro sd memory card is not working

memory card is renamed automaticaly as (USBC=DMa.) and not opening that contents memory card is not broken pls help me how to i solve the problem

A better description of your problem would help and have you tried the SD card in a card reader or other device to see if it will work. If it's just your phone that's doing this then you may want to take it to your cell phone service provider and see if there is anything that they can do.
