Microphone jack problem

I have ordered the razer kraken pro headset and I found out you need a headphone jack and a micrphone jack on the back of your computer. I do not have headphone jack on the back of my computer but have one on the front. I also don't think i have a microphone jack on my computer either. So is there anything i can do make it work?

What model/make motherboard do you have?

I do not know, I have a 2.66 GHz (12 Core Mid 2012) Mac Pro I can not find out what kind of motherboard I have.
