I recently got new SteelSeries Arctis 5 headphones and the mic on them is not working. It only picks up the audio from my computer.
I've gone into settings and made sure it wasn't on listen to this device. Also, I'm not exactly sure if it's "microphone" or "microphone in". The microphone in isn't picking up any audio.
I've also gone into microphone privacy settings and made sure apps are allowed to use my mic.
