Question Microphone picking up internal sounds

I have tried absolutely everything.Nothing has worked.I restarted windows like 3-4 days because it was full.
Before that, i had the same issue but it was fixed in like 2 clicks,now its impossible.

What should i do? Restart windows again?

Try setting the settings to noise suppression

i tried but its looks like it picks up game audio or windows audio if its too loud
