I have a problem where a program crashes on my 64-bit machine. The error messages says the Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 provider is not registered. After searching on Google, I found that jet.oledb is not supported on 64-bit machines anymore. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried the method of installing 2010 Office System Driver but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. The program worked on my previous 32-bit machine. How do I fix this infuriating problem?

I have seen those solutions before, but recompiling it is not an option. I think there is no other way except for creating a VM. Thanks for your help though.
