This is just a Surface Pro 7 with a blue Surface Pro 4 Type Cover. You can tell by the keyboard brightness controls which are next to the escape button. From Surface Pro 2017 on wards they have replaced these buttons with screen brightness controls and moved the keyboard brightness control to the middle.
