Mine turns on for a minute then freezes and I have to shut It down I want to get on but then it freezes

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start with a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If this will not work, try loading the laptop into Safe Mode and see if the same problem will persist.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- If it will not freeze in Safe Mode do run a virus/malware scan. Use the link below for the complete guide an tools.

- Reboot the laptop and it should load back to the normal mode. If the same problem will persist, do reinstall Windows.
- But if the laptop will still freeze in Safe Mode the problem lies in the HDD.
- Proceed with reinstalling Windows but if the same problem will happen you'll need to replace the HDD.
