Minecraft Gaming Laptop New Under 200 At walmart or bestbuy

I need a laptop capable of playing minecraft with at least 20 fps under 200 for my niece. It has to be new... I got one for him last year that was refurbished and it barely lasted with quotes from him "so laggy in minecraft that I cant play."

Requirements:

Minecraft with 20 fps
Under $200 American dollers
New
Can buy in stores

It would be a good idea to see how the current GPU compres the HD3000 or you're likely just wasting your money.

Note the laptop has W7 32-bit. I'd probably upgrade that to Windows 10 64-bit (Microsoft media creation tool) though it's not absolutely necessary.
And you'll probably just repeat the same issue as last year.

$200 machines are NOT meant for playing games, and I see nothing that would suit you. You should have at least 4GB of system memory and a sufficient CPU and GPU. Probably looking at $350 minimum for that.

You might want to investigate how the W10 version (install W10 if you have not) of Minecraft works though it's still in Beta.

Or try dropping the settings such as viewing distance as low as possible if it isn't already.
