Mini 311-1000 startup logo hangs

Hello,
what can I do, because my mini 311 laptop hangs at startup logo

Is this the Windows startup logo, or the BIOS? If Windows, you could do a repair-install by booting from the disk and selecting repair existing installation during the install. If BIOS... not too good.
