Minimum size laptop to coonect to Large Screen Tv

Hello,
My current laptop is connected to my large screen tv and I have selected large windows graphics and it is lagging the laptop and slowing my internet surfing back to the dialupdays. What is the minumum size laptop that wil fix that?

Size is not what matters. The CPU and GPU are most important. An I5 CPU with a discrete gforce 6 series or AMD 7 series would do the trick.
