Missing libusb0.dll, where find?

The dll did not come with the installed file set, and the app won't start without it according to the error message.
Any issues on installing libusb0.dll first time? Brand new w7 OS just installed with all updates (ugh)

That is not a windows provided dll, please contact your specific application for support and which version of the dll it requires.
