missing or frozen curse on TOSHIBA laptop read previous post

Bought brand new 17" TOSHIBA laptop 24 hours ago. Curse is no where to be found. Or if it shows up its frozen. This happened after installing Firefox and was on the last step of installing Silver Light. How do I get my cursor to work???

Do you have any screenshots? Does hitting ctrl-alt-del make the mouse appear at all
