Mistakenly uninstalled program has caused loss of HDMI audio

I have mistakenly uninstalled an AMD program in my laptop which has caused loss of audio via HMDI cable from the laptop to my tv. The video is fine. How can I find and reinstall the lost program

All you need to do is go to the laptop manufacturer's support page for your laptop and download the video drivers (graphics drivers, GPU drivers, etc). It should work after that.
