Solved! Mistakly remove my battery while restarting my pc

I mistakely remove my battery while restarting my laptop but right now it refuse to boot it tell diagonising your pc at the end it will tell me to restore my laptop but when i click restore it just show the window logo and will not do anything window 8.1 enterprise 32 bit operating system

Probably your windows got corrupted and that's why its not booting. Reinstall it, if you have the windows DVD
